PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle your information.

This policy explains how Pinnacle Black (“we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website, pinnacleblack.co.uk, and when you contact us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to handling your information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Pinnacle Black, Pure Treatment Rooms, 11-13 Victoria Street, Wetherby, LS22 6RE. You can contact us about this policy or your information at info@pinnacleblack.co.uk or on 01937 326023.

Information we collect

This website does not have contact forms, user accounts or online payments. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us by phone or email, for example your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your goals, training history or health that is relevant to your enquiry.

If you go on to train with us, we will also keep records needed to deliver your coaching safely, such as assessment results, programme notes and relevant health information you provide.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations or sessions
  • To plan, deliver and review your training safely
  • To manage bookings and payments for services you have asked for
  • To meet our legal and insurance obligations

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, our legitimate interest in running the business, and – for health information – your explicit consent. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set any cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not load content from third parties – fonts, images and styles are all served from our own site. Some links (for example to Google Maps, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn) take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and messages only as long as needed to deal with them. Client records are kept for as long as you train with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, insurance and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
