Yoga sits naturally alongside strength and conditioning. Strength gives you the capacity to produce force; yoga helps you own the positions you need to use it – with better mobility, balance, breathing and body awareness.
Our yoga sessions run in a dedicated room at the studio, set up with mats and blocks so you can simply arrive and practise. Sessions are suitable whether you are completely new to yoga or have practised for years, with options offered for every pose.
Many of our members use yoga as their recovery day, others as their main form of training. Either way, it is coached with the same attention to detail as everything else at Pinnacle Black.
Work through a fuller range of motion at the hips, shoulders and spine.
Build balance and stability in the positions strength training asks of you.
Learn breathing patterns that help with bracing under load and with switching off afterwards.
A lower-intensity session that keeps you moving between harder training days.
